information
1. Minimal rental period is 7 days. Arrivals and departures are on Saturdays.
2. Check-in time on the date of arrival is 3.00 p.m. and check out time on the day of departure is 10.00 a.m.
3. Guests are provided with bed linen and towels.
4. The reservation deposit of 30% is required within 3 days from the booking date. The outstanding amount shall be paid on the spot on the day of arrival. If the reservation is cancelled 30 or less days prior to the arrival date the deposit paid will be forfeited.
5. There is a total ban on smoking cigarettes in the cabins.
6. At the time of absence in a rented cabin, please lock it and turn off all equipment (except the refrigerator and boiler).
7. Proper order must be kept in the residential district and the curfew time is from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. 8. The facility is all fenced and monitored by a security agency. The deposit payment is equal to acceptance of terms and conditions for letting the cabins.
A deposit is subject to acceptance of rental homes.
